(1) A fund called Social Security Fund is established.
(2) The fund under sub-rule (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) The amount to be deposited in the fund in accordance with the prevailing law,
(b) The amount to be paid by the contributor to the fund to voluntarily participate in the social security program,
(c) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,
(d) Funds received from foreign governments, international associations, organizations or individuals,
(e) Funds received from indigenous associations, organizations or individuals,
(f) Amounts received by the Fund from any other source.
(3) The amount as per sub-rule (2) shall be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank by opening a separate account.
(4) The operation of the account of the fund shall be by the joint signature of the executive director and the chief accountant of the fund.
